Discovery Call

A discovery call is a simple, relaxed conversation where you and I talk about your salon, your apprentices and the type of support you want for your team. You do not need to prepare anything. You just show up, share what is happening in your salon and I guide you through the best training options available.

During the call, I ask a few questions to understand your apprentices, their current skill levels and where you would like them to progress. We look at what is working well, what feels stressful and what kind of structure would make your life easier as a salon owner. From there, I explain the options that can support your team, including hands on apprentice training, coaching and accountability, the Apprentice Training Guide or a full education plan tailored to your salon.

This call helps you clearly understand how each option works, how I track apprentice progress and how I adapt training to all levels of learning. You can also ask about pricing, availability and the best format for your salon size and pace.

Most salon owners finish the call feeling clearer and more supported. You get a strong sense of what will genuinely help your apprentices grow, how to reduce the overwhelm in managing training and how to create consistency in your education systems.
