• A self-paced Apprentice Training Guide delivered in digital format

• Coaching services, including tailored in-salon training and group sessions

• Ongoing support and accountability via online platforms like Skool and Google Drive

We strive to describe all products and services accurately. We reserve the right to make changes to offerings, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST, where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through secure payment providers.

Products and services will not be delivered until payment is received.

4. Digital Products

When purchasing the Apprentice Training Guide:

• You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime licence for personal or business use

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised sharing is strictly prohibited

• Access is provided through a secure platform. It is your responsibility to maintain login confidentiality

We do not offer refunds for digital products due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) exceptions.

5. Coaching and In-Salon Training

By engaging in our coaching services, you agree to:

• Attend sessions as scheduled or provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling

• Use provided materials and tools responsibly

• Participate respectfully and uphold a professional relationship with your coach/trainer

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service is faulty, not delivered as promised, or not fit for purpose. However, change of mind, incorrect choice, or failure to follow instructions are not valid reasons for a refund.

Digital products are exempt from refund once accessed. Please contact us if you believe your situation qualifies under ACL.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our website, guide, and coaching services are protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, or sell any content without prior written permission from In Awe Education Support Services.
