Hi, I’m Megan Evans — an award-winning hairdresser, national educator, and mentor with over 25 years in the industry. I created my Apprentice Training Guide and coaching programs to help salon owners train apprentices with confidence, structure, and support.

After years of juggling clients, leading a team, and educating across Australia, I saw the need for simple, real-world systems that actually work in busy salons. My programs are neurodiversity-informed, results-driven, and designed to take the stress out of training.
