Cancellation Policy
Coaching Philosophy At In Awe Education Support Services, we believe coaching works best when it’s collaborative, clear, and kind. Our programs are built to support salon owners, apprentices, and teams in achieving real results—through honest guidance, structure, and encouragement. 🗓 Booking and Session Details * All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or by email * You’ll receive confirmation and any prep material before your session * Coaching may be delivered via Zoom or in-salon (depending on the package) ❗ Cancellations & Rescheduling * **24+ hours’ notice**: You can reschedule at no charge * **Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show**: The session may be forfeited and not refunded * Running late? Let us know—we’ll do our best, but session times can’t be extended 💼 Coaching Packages * Packages are valid for a specific timeframe (e.g. 3 or 6 months) * Sessions must be booked within that period—unused sessions may expire * Once the package has started, **partial refunds are not available** We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred times. 🔁 Client Commitment Our coaching works best when you’re actively involved. We ask that you: * Come prepared with notes or questions * Engage openly in the process * Follow through on action steps discussed in sessions We’re here to support your progress—but your commitment is key. 💬 Support Between Sessions Need a quick check-in or have a small question between sessions? Feel free to email us. For more in-depth support, we’ll address it in your next session or through an upgraded package. 🧾 Refunds & Your Rights We follow Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
